3. How can I avail of this offer?
As a new or existing MyRemit customer, simply upgrade your basic TFC Online package to PREMIUM either online or over the phone.  Wait for your email confirmation informing you that you are eligible to claim your FREE REMITTANCE VOUCHERS and follow the instructions on the email to claim.

4. Where can I avail of this promo?
New or existing MyRemit customers may exclusively avail of this online, walk in or over the phone during December 2017.

5. What will I get when I subscribe to TFC online PREMIUM?
For every successful sign up to TFC online Premium, MyRemit customers will be given 3 FREE REMITTANCE vouchers (up to value of GBP6 each).

6. How can I redeem my FREE REMITTANCE VOUCHERS?
Customers may redeem their FREE REMITTANCE VOUCHERS via walk ins and over the phone only.  The value of up to GBP6 will be deducted from the remittance transaction fee.
This offer is not valid for online transaction or debit card transactions over the phone.

7. How long are my FREE REMITTANCE VOUCHERS valid for?
Each voucher has a validity good for 1 month.  Customers may use a maximum of 1 voucher per month according to the validity of each voucher, up to 3 months from availing of the offer.  Vouchers must be used within 3 consecutive months to qualify (either December 2017 – February 28, 2018 or January 1 – March 31, 2018 only) depending on the date the offer was availed.  Offer is not transferrable.

8. How long should I subscribe to PREMIUM TFC online subscription?
Customer should enroll their auto-debit for at least of 3 months via auto debit or one-time payment via PPC or debit/credit card. 

9. What will happen if I cancel my auto-debit before my 3rd month anniversary?
Customer who will cancel his/her subscription before or on his/her 3rd month anniversary will be charged for their Remittance vouchers up to GBP21.

10. What if I don’t have a credit card?
Customers may opt to enroll for auto-debit using their debit card instead.  Alternatively, customers may avail of minimum 3 months one-time payment via PPC.

11. What will happen if my auto-debit application is declined by my credit card?
Customer should have a valid and working credit card in order to avail of this offer.
