3. What can we expect to experience at the event?
TFC shall provide a Filipino music experience packed with fun-filled activities for the family, good food, and live performances by our talented Kapamilya stars flown from the Philippines.

FAQs: Tickets

1. How do I join the event? 
Tickets will be available in 2 categories:
•    VIP – AED 254
•    Gen Admission – AED 135

2. Where can I buy the tickets?
Tickets will be available via tickets.virginmegastore.me/ae and in selected Zoom outlets. It will also be available via ktx.abs-cbn.com.

3. Do we need to get tickets for our children?
Only children aged 6 and below are free.

4. What benefits will I get from a VIP ticket that I won’t get from a gen ad ticket?

VIP ticketholders will get access to the mosh pit area. It’s the area nearest to the stage so you can watch your favorite Kapamilya stars up close. VIPs will also get limited 1MX merchandise and an express lane on food and beverage booths onsite. Plus, watch out for more freebies exclusive to VIP ticketholders only!

5. Do you have special promotion for the ticket?
We are offering a ticket promotion of BUY 4 and get 1 FREE! All you need to do is buy 4 tickets in 1 transaction only between October 8 and November 2 and you can claim 1 FREE ticket at the venue on November 3.

6. Can I refund my ticket?
Tickets CANNOT be exchanged and are NON-refundable. In case the event is cancelled due to “Force Majeure”, Event organizer may either reschedule the Event and honor the same Ticket purchased, at the rescheduled Event or allow Ticket Holder to receive refund for the amount stated on the face of the ticket (or, for a discounted ticket, then the discounted ticket price paid), without interest or penalty, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions governing this Ticket and the Event. In such case, please contact ticket seller.     


FAQs: Other Details

1. How do I get to the venue?
By public transport, you may take the metro and go down at Nakheel Metro Station. You may either walk or take Bus 83(Al Ghubaiba) and alight at Dubai Media City 1 bus stop. 

2. Are there food/drink on sale at the venue?
We have a wide selection of caterers who sell Filipino and non-Filipino food/drinks around the venue. Please make sure you bring cash as some booths don’t accept card as payment. 

3. Is there an age limit and can I bring my child to the event?
Children 16 years and below must be accompanied by an adult. Present an ID to confirm child’s age at the venue.

4. In case of rain or too much heat of the sun, can I bring or set up any personal tents, parasol, shelters etc? Is there a shaded area to rest?
Bringing or setting up of any such items is prohibited in the venue. Any tents set up in the field will be taken down by Security for Health and Safety reasons, as well as for the comfort / welfare of other attendees. Please ensure that you also bring sufficient supplies of sun cream/ medication/ inhalers, etc as these will not be available on site. 

5.  Are there toilets or first aid facilities on site? Is there a special access for Persons with Disability?
There will be portable toilets around the venue and there will be well-equipped first aid facility with paramedics / nurse / ambulance on site in case of any emergency/ies. As for persons with disability, there are no steps to access the main concert area of the venue.

6. Will there be ATMs on site?
No, we will not provide ATMs onsite but there are banks just within walking distance of the venue. 

7. Can we bring fan signs, glow lights and/or balloons to the event?
Fans signs and glow lights are allowed but make sure that the balloons are non-helium. Also, it should not obstruct the view of the other attendees.
