2. How long should I subscribe to any TFC.tv subscription?
Customer should enroll their auto-debit for at least 6 months

3. What if I don’t have a credit card?
They can also buy prepaid cards and load for at least 3 months and activate their account

4. What will happen if my auto-debit application is declined by my credit card?
Customer should have a valid and working credit card

5. What will happen if I unsubscribe to TFC Online before my 3rd month?
TFC will charge the customer’s credit card with the amount of the 2-studio tour pass worth PHP 330

6. How will I get my studio tour voucher?
- Customer needs to send his/her preferred dates of the studio tour or if he/she wishes to transfer his/her voucher to his/her family or relative or friends in the Philippines upon receipt of the congratulatory email
- As soon as customer replies and advises preferred date, CS coordinates directly with PR team to consolidate names and preferred dates of customers
- Once date is set, PR will send over the confirmation email to CS and CS to send customer Studio Tour Voucher and other reminders for their visit; 
- Customers only have until March 31 to confirm his/her voucher or transfer it to someone.
- Customers then visit ABS-CBN office at ELJ Communication Center, Mother Ignacia Street, Barangay South Triangle, Quezon City.

Customers just need to email the CS team at [email protected] for questions and clarifications

8. What’s the lead time of the customer to identify his/her preferred studio tour date?
Customer needs to identify their preferred date 2 months before

9. Can I cancel my booking once I booked it already?
Customers cannot cancel his/her booking upon confirmation of his/her studio tour booking

10. What if I want to bring in more people in my studio tour?
Customers need to book additional people directly through ABS-CBN Studio Tours

11. What do I need to do if I want to transfer my voucher to a family member, relative or friend?
Beneficiary should present an authorization letter, his/her ID and a photocopy of the customer’s ID.

12. How many dates should the customers provide?
Customers should provide two (2) dates, one (1) as the most preferred date and another one (1) for back-up.
