Award-winning Filipino actor JM de Guzman  is making a comeback opposite the newest ABS-CBN leading lady, Barbie Imperial, in the reopening of the widely followed Philippine series “Precious Hearts Romances” via “Araw Gabi”, airing outside the Philippines via The Filipino Channel (TFC), with a pilot episode streaming via TFC online simulcast its local airing on April 30 in most countries worldwide.

After nine years, follow the well-loved Filipino romance novel series as it unveils yet another compelling story full of love, mystery, and suspense.

Get to meet Michelle (Imperial), a girl with a bright and sunny disposition. Despite the hardships in life, she manages to get by because her Mamay (Candy Pangilinan) and Papay (Dennis Padilla) taught her to always see the good in every situation. She has her eyes set on bagging one Tranquila Resort account because it will be a big boost for her career.

Adrian’s (de Guzman) life, on the other hand, is full of darkness. He is the CEO of the Olvidar Group of Companies that owns Tranquila Resort, a vacation spot situated in El Paraiso. He is considered a beast by his employees and an outcast in his hometown because of a sin he committed 18 years ago.

Michelle and Adrian start on the wrong foot, and as the two cross paths again, Mich learns that Adrian is the owner of Tranquila Resort. Adrian rejects Mich’s proposal that crushes her hopes for promotion at work. Taking what happened as a challenge, Mich decides to go to El Paraiso to research and create a better pitch.

As she sets foot on the island, she finds out about Adrian’s life and the mystery behind the lighthouse that keeps appearing in her dreams.

How is El Paraiso and Michelle’s dream related? As Mich enters Adrian’s life, will she be the light that will make his life bright again?

Also joining the series are Rita Avila, Vina Morales, Ara Mina, Raymond Bagatsing, RK Bagatsing, Jane Oineza, Phoebe Walker, Paolo Angeles, Ysabel Ortega, Victor Silayan, Arlene Muhlach, Eric Nicolas, and Joshua Colet.

The show is directed by Theodore Boborol, Don Cuaresma, and Mylah Ajero Gaite under the business unit of Ruel Bayani.
